Blocking of product is made through precision forging.

The product is shaped and detail trimmed by precision machining.

Holes are drilled according to design requirements.

Impurities are removed and the surface is processed.

Red copper is released through the positive and negative current. After several times of immersion, the pores on the surface will be slowly filled to make the material more stable and durable, and the surface luster perfectly.

We have passed the US SC2 electroplating standard, and are an ISO9001 certified professional electroplating factory.
Thickness of electrodeposited film: more than 12um of nickel.

Each product must go through strict inspection before packaging and shipping.

The RO reverse osmosis water is used for test, and the clean water will not pollute the waterway.
High water pressure：15kgf/cm2
Low water pressure：5kgf/cm2

More than 120 hours of testing to ensure that the faucet body is durable and bright.
